Our design process can manage from conception to completion. Our design process is broken into four stages that will ensure the best quality design.
Programming
Programming is conducting research to identify and analyze the needs and goals of the client. Whether it is assessing the existing environment or creating a new vision for the client, our team will supply a program that will achieve all the requirements. This stage will evaluate the project’s resources and limitations. The goal of programming is to gage the scope of the project by aligning it’s requirements and needs to fit the function of the client.
CONCEPT
Concept is the product of the client’s wants from the programming stage and our design team’s creative vision. Interpreting the programming allows us to present the concept consisting of conceptual drawings, computer renderings and materials to show the suggested design concepts. This is a collaborative process and clients are encouraged to give feedback in the process to assure the best outcome.
CONSTRUCTION
We offer a broad based knowledge of construction, interior design & architecture. Our strong relationships with architects, skilled and reliable subcontractors, and trade professionals provides us with the ability to fulfill our vision. We achieve this by regular site meetings to ensure our designs are executed to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned. We will keep the client updated throughout, allowing our client to experience the process personally.

FURNITURE, FIXTURES, + EQUIPMENT
This is an integral part of the design process. The team is extremely proficient in sourcing furniture, art and accessories that will complement and magnify the overall value of the property. The design team is accustom to the most innovative trends and advancements in materials and finishes. We will work with the client to narrow the selections based on their desired scheme. The final presentation will include all selections and finishes with the final drawings.
